8. Inversion

Movement of the sole medially at the intertarsal joints.

9. Eversion

Movement of the sole laterally at the intertarsal joints.

10. Dorsiflexion

Bending of the foot at the ankle joints in direction of the inferior surface.

11. Supination

Movement of the forearm at the proximal and distal radioulnar joints, where palm in turned anteriorly.

12. Pronation

Movement of the forearm at the proximal and distal radioulnar joints, where distal end of the radius crosses over the distal end of the ulna and the palm is turned posteriorly.
