Etodolac

Dosage: 300 mg twice daily .

ADR: GI toxicity, nephrotoxicity, GI intolerance

Fenoprofen

Dosage:300-600 mg three to four times daily.

ADR: GI toxicity

Ibuprofen

Dosage:800 mg four times a day.

ADR: GI toxicity

Indomethacin

Dosage:25-50 mg four times a day for 3 days, then taper to twice daily for 4-7 days.

ADR: GI toxicity

Ketoprofen

Dosage:75 mg four times a day.

ADR: GI toxicity

Naproxen

Dosage:500 mg twice daily for 3 days, then 250-500 mg daily for 4-7 days.

ADR: GI toxicity

Piroxicam

Dosage:20 mg once daily or 10 mg twice daily.

ADR: GI toxicity
